Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

Fees are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Here is what that means for each product.

The principle

Fees are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

We give a refund where the law says we must, where we cannot deliver what you paid for, or where our payment partner’s required terms say so. Below is how this works for each product.

Deep Audit

The Deep Audit is non-refundable once we start work, except where the law gives you a right. If we cannot deliver your report (we have access to your channel but fail to deliver), we refund you in full.

We need access to analyse your channel. If you have not given it by day 30 we cannot start and your order is put on hold; you can start any time until day 90; after day 90 the order expires and, because we could not start, this does not entitle you to a refund except where the law requires it.

If you buy the Deep Audit as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days. If you asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right once the service is fully delivered, the right ends when the Deep Audit is fully delivered. If you withdraw before delivery, you pay a proportional amount for the work already done. We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email.

“Report within 5 working days after we can read your channel” is the time we aim for. It is a target, not a promise of money back.

If you disagree with a finding, tell us within 14 days. We re-check it again for free. That is part of the service. It is not a refund.

If we find nothing, the Deep Audit is delivered all the same: every video read against today’s rules, the answer for each one, dated in your Warden File. A clean result is the result.

Guard, monthly

Cancel in one click at any time. Guard stops at the end of the month you paid. A started month is not refunded, except where the law gives you a right. The 30 included days cost nothing extra, and the payment partner reminds you at least 7 days before the first charge.

Founding year

The Founding year is non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right. You can switch off renewal at any time before it renews.

The first 30 days of Guard come with the Deep Audit. Guard continues after them only if you continue it in your account and tick the renewal box there; if you do nothing, it ends and nothing is charged.

Tokens

Tokens are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right. Extra tokens are valid for 6 months.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of paying. If you asked us to start the service during those 14 days, you pay for what we have already done. If you asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right once the service is fully delivered, the right ends when it is fully delivered. We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email.

UK consumers get a new 14 days when an annual plan renews.

When you order, we ask you to say that you are a consumer in these regions and that you want us to start now. This is how we keep a record of your consent.

If you buy for your business, or outside those regions

If you buy for your business, or outside the EU, EEA and UK, there is no statutory cooling-off period.

Our payment partner

Our payment partner is the seller of record for card payments. Its own buyer terms also apply. Where those terms give you a right that is stronger than this policy, that right applies.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected]. Tell us the email you used to order and what you are asking for. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
