We read public videos to help you. We collect only what the service needs, we do not sell data, and we delete uploads after 3 days.

Who is responsible for your data

This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
What we collect, by product
Free check
- The video links you give us.
- Your email address.
- Timestamps and your IP address, to run the check and to stop misuse.
Deep Audit
- Public data of your channel and your public videos. We read it through YouTube’s API and from their public addresses.
- Studio exports, only if you choose to give them to us.
Guard
- Each new public video on your channel, and our findings about it.
Uploads (Check a video)
- The video files you upload. They are stored in the EU and deleted automatically after 3 days. We keep a record that the deletion happened. We never use them to train any model.
Account and billing
- Your name, email, role and sign-in data.
- Order records. Our payment partner handles your card data and keeps your card on file if you continue Guard after the 30 included days. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Service emails about your account and your results.
- An alert that says only how many videos need you. The details stay in your account.
Why we use it
We use data to provide the service you ask for (contract), to keep the service secure (our legitimate interest), to keep what a check wrote about your videos (the moment, the rule, the verdict) without your channel’s name, to tune our checks, only if you switch on “Help improve our checks” in Settings (your consent), to keep accounting records (legal duty), and to send optional product news (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
YouTube API Services
CreatorWarden’s use of information received from YouTube APIs follows the YouTube API Services limited-use requirements. We use it only to provide the service to you.

You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time on the Google permissions page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
How long we keep data
- Warden File: for as long as the service runs for you, and for 90 days after Guard ends. If you ask, we erase it within 7 days.
- Uploaded files: 3 days, then deleted automatically.
- Billing records: for as long as Bulgarian law requires.
- Account data: until you delete your account. When you ask, we erase it within 7 days, except the billing records the law makes us keep.
Who receives data
We share data only with providers who help us run the service. We list them by type:
- a hosting provider;
- an email delivery provider;
- our payment partner;
- an analysis provider.
Names are available on request at [email protected]. We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. Where they do, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another legal basis the law accepts.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to our use of it. To use any of these rights, write to [email protected].
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or to the authority in the country where you live.
Children
CreatorWarden is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it starts.
